paid on line for the antigen fit to fly test. Paid for next day delivery. 4 days later still has not arrived!! So now having to pay double at the airport. Not good. Also stressful worrying

I was so glad I was able to run across the Corona test centre. I was able to get cleared for my flight which really helped me go home! Such a great experience. I got approved in 30min, but I would prepare for the three hours it’s in case.

I've used the Corona Test Centre a couple of times. I require special documentation to travel into Japan, and CTC have always delivered the required documentation in good order and in a timely manner. I have entire confidence in their service.

Sent me a positive test result after losing my sample. Retested and was negative. 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply to my many emails.

Do not use, absolute zero customer service.

Turned up at the test centre in London at my allotted appointment time. A sign in the window said the sole person working there was on a lunch break. I was left waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes and was not even able to use the waiting area. This is billed as a premium testing provider (and charges as such) but the experience was rubbish. I also followed up by email to complain but just received an automated reply. Avoid them at all costs.

Didn't dispatch kits for travel tests for 7 days, ignored emails, chat bot ignored form fills. 30 mins of on hold music. Had to speak to supervisor. Refund indicated. Poor operation, poor service, still don't know if it's a genuine company.

Normally would not leave a review such as this but this is now the second time that this business have failed in the basics. Firstly items not arriving when they say but worse is the total lack of support or help when contacting them. Really shocking in fact. If there was a way to take further action against this company I would. In most other businesses what they do would be called Selective Scamming.

We were a party of 5 arriving from the US to Uk and return in December 2021. We arranged appointments with the Fulham location prior to leaving the US and departing the Uk to return home. The testing center was very efficient and organized. Most importantly we got all our results on time as promised so there were no delays for our flights. We recommend Corona test center for accurate and efficient covid testing and results.

This was a very efficient and friendly service. It was easy to book, relatively easy to contact over the phone, and my same day PCR test was only a few minutes (literally only a few minutes) after midnight on the day when it was promised. When midnight had passed, I was able within a few minutes to speak over the phone to a representative who was concerned on my behalf, she said she would deal with it immediately and, a few minutes later, the test results came back.

A seamless experience. I did my fit-to-fly PCR test with them at their Victoria branch and I had the most pleasant time. Communication was prompt and efficient, staff were professional, the premises were clean and not overly crowded. I got my results sooner than expected which was also a plus. Would highly recommend them for all of your testing needs.

I recommend this centre for your travel COVID tests. I used it a few times already, always at the clinic, and the experience was timely, quick, professional and safe. I had bought day-2 tests for two family members a few weeks ago; their flight was cancelled and they were unable to fly. Their codes went unused. After sending evidence of the flight cancellation I got my refunds, no problems. Once again effective service and many thanks to Erin from XMedical for her support in this process. Superb.

I took the test at 10:30am and was overjoyed to receive the “next-day result”at midnight on the day. The Victoria station test centre where I took the test was very efficient. The nurse who performed the test was gentle and efficient. I appreciate the reminder and instructions and QR code you sent via text. Great service. Thank you so much!

"Very fast service, we arrived early for our appointment and were sent through right away. In less than five minutes, we were in and out, and received the results even earlier than expected! We were there for a day 2 test (PCR), and the certificate we received contained enough information to be also used as our pre-flight test to go back home. We were very happy with the service!!"

All of a sudden when you wanted a review, you wrote me mail. I can't believe you're even asking for a review... we booked tests and cancelled them by mail, as you asked, as we weren't flying in the end. Not only have you not answered any of my mails, you most certainly have not reimbursed us. I'm sure this company is a scam and I would suggest that no one in there right minds use them. At this dreadful time in our history, how can anyone be out to make money out of people. Disgusting

I used the Corona Test Centre for a Fit to Fly test I took with me to the USA for return travel to the UK. It was a good price, clear instructions on how to upload the test and the certificate arrived in plenty of time for me to check in and be travel ready before arriving at the airport. Very pleased with the service.
